The Empress Garden is located near the Pune Race Course. A landmark in itself, the garden is located at Wanawadi, near the Camp area and adjoining Hadapsar. The Garden is easily accessible by the PMPL bus service and auto rickshaws. It is about 15 to 20 minutes by vehicle from Pune railway station, and about the same time from the Swargate Bus Terminus.
The Empress Garden provides adequate facilities to ensure that your visit to the garden is a pleasurable one.
Some of the facilities that the garden provides include a water fountain, snack joint, a mini ice cream parlour and rest rooms.
For the elderly, there is also a ‘Nana Nani’ park.
Timings
The garden is open from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm everyday,
inclusive of Saturday and Sunday.
